Digital Product Policy

All products sold on www.printabletests.com are delivered as instant digital downloads in PDF format. No physical product will be shipped. Due to the nature of digital products, which are delivered immediately and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final. By completing a

purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Limited Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued if you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, if you did not receive access to your download after purchase and our support team was unable to resolve the issue, or if the file you received was corrupted or technically inaccessible and we were unable to provide a working replacement.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if you changed your mind after completing the purchase, purchased the wrong grade level or product, already downloaded or accessed the material, do not have a device capable of opening PDF files, or if the product did not meet your personal expectations.

Refunds will also not be issued based on academic results. Because educational outcomes depend on many factors such as the child’s starting level, consistency of practice, and other external factors, Printable Tests does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, test scores, or improvements.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and provide all relevant transaction records to the payment processor.
